OTEN Education
The OTEN education package ( Course # 17685 Property Services Operations) is a TAFE distance learning package that has been designed specifically for those that wish to gain qualifications in the Body Corporate Industry. This is a nationally run and recognised course which covers all the major aspects of Body Corporate Management such as calling and running meetings, OHWS issues, Maintenance, Budgeting, Financial Statements, etc.

Code Of Conduct
The prestige attached to being a member of the Community Titles Unstitute South Australia (CTISA) depends on the reputation of its members. Each member must maintain and promote the high standard of ethical and professional conduct required by the institute.

Constitution
The board have spent considerable time in drafting a constituion for our state association so that the role of the association and its membership is clear and easy to understand. The constitution deals with all matters relevant to the workings of the association and its functions, roles and responsabilities.
