Benefits of Membership

Prime objectives of the Community & Strata Corporations Institute include promotion of the profession of strata and community title management, and liaison with government authorities for the benefit of client corporations. The Community & Strata Corporations Institute is a foundation member of the National Community Titles Institute, formed to represent the interests of recognised professional associations in strata and community titles management throughout Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. This organisation will be primarily concerned with accreditation and training of managers, and policing standards of professional and ethical conduct.

As a member you will be entitled to:

• Automatic membership of the industry’s national professional association, providing accreditation as a practitioner recognised Australia wide.
• Attendance at periodic seminar/workshop sessions at a reduced fee.
• Be kept informed of latest developments affecting the duties and responsibilities of managers and corporations
• Reduced enrolment fees of Accreditation Courses in body corporate administration.
